Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

Your Comeback System is a monthly subscription of $49 USD per month, offered by CANE health and wellness services. You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee and no questions asked.

7-day free trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, your card will be charged $49 on day 8 and on the same day each month after.

What happens when you cancel

• You keep full access until the end of your current billing month.
• You will not be billed again.
• Your account remains; only the premium features are turned off when the period ends.
• Any content you created (journal entries, reflections, roadmap, downloads) stays yours.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and only pay for the months you use, we do not offer refunds for past billing periods that have already been charged. The cancel-anytime model means you are never locked in beyond the current month.

Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• A technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial period.
• Unauthorised charges (please contact us immediately).

How to cancel

You can cancel in either of the following ways:

• From your Account page, click Manage subscription and follow the cancel flow.
• Visit paddle.net, enter the email you used at checkout, and manage your subscription there.
• Or contact us at support@ownyourself.life and we'll cancel for you.

Payment processing

Subscriptions and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle's full refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. If a refund is approved, funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
